Halloween!!!

I love this time of year! I love dressing up, carving pumpkins, and handing out candy to Trick-or-Treaters (which I still need to buy...)

This year, I painted my face and went as a sugar skull. P went as Hipster Hitler... if you haven't read the web comic, do it. I find it hilarious.

What shocked me when we were out Saturday night was how many people didn't know who P was.  One guy thought he was "that Russian dictator dude;" another thought he was Australian . . . it was really sad how wrong they were. Has public school failed everyone this hard?!

I was also surprised that no one was offended by his costume. Maybe its because no one realized who he was and the ones that did also realized that he was making fun of Hitler?

Nonetheless, we had a blast! Now its time to carve my pumpkin at the last minute and wait for the Trick-or-Treaters to arrive!
